Who counts as staff in this server. Members with Discord's Administrator permission are always staff, with full access.

How access works
Each role gets a level for each page, which decides what the people with that role can do there. Someone with several roles gets the highest level any of them gives.
Can see the page, but can't change anything.
Can see the page and take day-to-day actions, such as accepting applications, posting embeds and adding sticky messages.
Can do everything on the page, including changing its settings and deleting records.
